Why shall we not ignore the GDPR compliance?

WHY SHALL WE NOT IGNORE THE GDPR COMPLIANCE?

Our member, Christophe Nobilet from France Creances held a very interesting talk at the GA in Athens regarding GDPR. What is it, what does it mean for our industry and why we should not ignore it. We have asked him to write up a short note on this so that we could send out to everyone and he has been kind enough to do so.
